Business History

Inforparts Technologies Ltd was founded in 2009 in Nairobi Kenya as an exclusive IT genuine part supplier and upgrade solutions services with an exclusive focus on corporates and small business entities. The need to initiate an exclusive ICT branded genuine parts and accessory company was facilitated by the deficiency of original parts in the market. As a result, business continuity for most corporate organizations has been affected by the lack of readily available parts to support their ever demanding and growing business infrastructure. This has created an environment where non original low quality parts have infiltrated the market with the rush from various dealers to satisfy the deficiency. Inforparts comprises a team of young experienced and highly efficient and professional individuals who are geared up to assist in mitigating downtime in your environment through genuine ICT parts supply and upgrade solutions. The company's exclusive focus is totally based on genuine parts supply; particularly with a focus on server upgrade solutions, computer accessories and consumables for devices like servers, notebooks, computers, printer's switches and related ICT devices.

Growth and financial objectives

To consolidate our position in the market as the leading ICT upgarade specialists, parts accessories and consumables suppliers, Inforparts will comprehensively and effectively cover all areas of hardware IT part replacement and upgrade solutions requirements. The main advantage will be holding stocks on the ground for parts and accesories of devices that are less than five years old. Once a local Kenyan market is effectively managed, Inforparts Technologies is to open branches within Eastern Africa and finally the rest of Africa. Some of the devices supported are listed below:

Samson Kariuki

Samson Kariuki is the accounts assistant who has over four (4) years experience in the finance and accounting field. He holds a Bsc in International Business Administration, Finance Option. He is currently pursuing CPA certification. He has maintained a high level of integrity and honesty throughout his and his background in the accounting field has provided him with the opportunity to work with clients in a variety of industries. His responsibilities as an accounts assistant are the following but not limited to; daily verification of transactions, processing requisitions, posting supplier cheque payments, monthly bank reconciliations, filing of statutory deductions and company taxe.

Job Otwori

Job has over 8 years experience in Technical support. He monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the organisation. He also installs and configures computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or onsite.

Dorothy Kithinji
Account Manager

Dorothy has vast experience in the IT Sales Field. Being an Account manager her duties involves determining a client's business requirements and advising the clients on the best product to consider depending on their ICT needs and environment. Also ensures that clients are up-to-date with trends and developments in the I.T. industry; generating new business leads through networking and promotional activities; and updating their technical knowledge and skills on a regular basis.

Gatwiri Kirimi-Nyori
Managing Director

With over ten years sales and marketing experience, and with a MBA in Strategic Management , a Degree in International Business and a diploma in Marketing with compliments of Chartered Institute of Marketing, she brings into the business intrinsic value that will facilitate expediency towards achieving our set business target. Gatwiri is also a parts and upgrade specialist who understands the precise requirements along all the customers relative requirements.

Esther Mungai
Account Manager

Esther Mungai has an immense knowledge of I.T sales and Marketing for over 4 years experience as an account manager. She is involved in deploying effective marketing strategy to meet the set sales objectives by maintaining existing networks and building new ones. She comes up with strategic plans and reviews quarterly gross profit based on quartely sales plan.

Christopher Wahinya

Chris wahinya is a certified logistic manager. His responsibilities include processing orders, bargaining and making sure he gets the right quality and quantity genuine products. He also ensures delivery of products is timely. He manages day to day delivery schedules.

Monicah Nyawira

A certified accountant, she is in charge of handling all related finance activities while ensuring that control in regards to cash flow is effectively managed. He is responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures.

John Osiemo
Account Manager EVBU

He heads the Enterprise Value Business unit, Acronym as “EVBU” that focuses on solving enterprise data management challenges ranging from Data Security, Storage and Archiving Solutions, Virtualization technologies and data centers consolidation solutions. His mandates includes: Generation of potential business demands, architecting and selling of these technologies and an overall role of growing the EVBU Department. To date Osiemo has successfully outlined a concrete solutions portfolio targeted at the corporate and enterprise market. John holds a bachelor’s degree in IT and several vendor based Certifications.
